Shipping Policy

Our shipping times vary depending on whether your item is in stock or made-to-order.
In-stock items — Shipped within 1–3 business days.
Handmade lacquerware — 10 business days up to approximately 3 months, depending on the complexity of the piece and current production queue.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or delivery days.
Delivery timeframe: Once shipped, standard delivery worldwide takes approximately 3–12 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. WEAY WANG is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, nor for any fees or taxes applied by your local authorities.
Lost or delayed packages: WEAY WANG is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly — we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Refund Policy
This policy clearly communicates that custom, handmade lacquerware is non-refundable while offering protection against manufacturing defects.
All sales are final for custom-crafted lacquerware.
Because each WEAY WANG piece — teaware, earrings, or gift sets — is handcrafted using traditional Chinese lacquer techniques, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-defect reasons.
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before finalizing your purchase.
Manufacturing defects: In the rare event that your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
No monetary refunds will be issued, as each piece is uniquely created for you.

Handmade nature: All WEAY WANG products are handcrafted using traditional Chinese lacquer techniques. Minor variations in color, texture, size, and finish are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Colors and display: We make every effort to display product colors and finishes accurately. However, due to differences in screen settings, the actual product may appear slightly different.
Order confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. For custom or made-to-order lacquer pieces, production may take 10 business days up to approximately 3 months.
Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEAY WANG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damage to other property.
